Seventh Day Baptists are evangelical Baptists who hold to keeping the seventh day Sabbath of the Bible as sacred time.

SDB of Cambridge is the little sister of the Toronto Seventh Day Baptist Church. Established in Cambridge in 1989, we have built a close knit group of believers from many different backgrounds.

We also coordinate and collaborate with other local churches of various denominations, in organizing seminars, concerts, fundraisers, and other special events in the community.

We meet each Sabbath (Saturday) for an uplifting and enriching time of worship, song, fellowship and learning.

We are entirely Bible based in our beliefs, focused on both the Old and New Testaments of God's Word. We endeavour to practice and preach the original doctrinal teachings of Christ and the Apostles, rather than the traditions of men.

We are full members of the Seventh Day Baptist General Conference of the United States and Canada, as well as the Seventh Day Baptist World Federation.

One thing that makes us different from other Baptists is our enjoyment of the Lord's Sabbath, which he set apart at Creation as a special time of rest, worship and fellowship with him.
