Please check the church calendar regularly for planned events.  Also consult the calendar when you are looking for a date to plan an event.  You can use the on-line form to request a date. Confirmation of events is subject to advisory approval. on a first come basis.

  2. Complete on-line form, click request date
  3. Wait for confirmation before making further plans

Please consider the following when planning an event
  1. ​Ensure that you have enough support to make the event successful.
  2. Avoid dates that are preceded by two or more weekend events.
  3. For non-church events requested by members, eg Birthday, Anniversary, Shower...  Complete the rental agreement
